You will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the delivery of vehicles to customers, in accordance with Kia's standards of excellence.
To do this, you will
Ensure that all vehicles are ready for delivery, impeccably clean, including all requested options, properly installed and running smoothly.
Review warranty coverage
Review with the customer all documents relating to the taking of possession of the vehicle
Sign, hand over documents and keys
Handle any problems raised by the customer in an attentive and efficient manner, and immediately inform the Sales Manager.
Take part in the follow-up and loyalty program
Introduce the service department
Present the vehicle, adjusting orders to customer preferences
Ensure complete customer satisfaction with the vehicle and the service received at Kia Repentigny.
Ensure a good understanding of technology and pair up the cell phone
Profile required
Excellent customer relations skills
Neat and professional attitude and presentation
Good organizational skills

Requirements
2 years' experience in a similar position
